Warranty and Returns
All HydroSport Products come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. In order to make a warranty claim you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or an order confirmation email
Note: It may take upto 10 working days to process and refund an item that has been returned. Returns cost are not covered by HydroSport. HydroSport cannot be held accountable for any returns lost in post, therefore we reccomend you use a signed or tracked service when returning unwanted product to us.
If your HydroSport bottle is faulty or damged, do not attempt to return it as we will not accpet the return. Instead contact us at to begin the replacement process.
